How do you get struck by a vehicle, honestly? It's 5:30 a.m., dark and you can (1) see a vehicle coming your direction and (2) hear it. I really just don't understand, unless of course the vehicle swerved onto the median or something.

Yeah like...really. I mean, so what if maybe he had his back to traffic and might have been operating or close to someone operating loud machinery. He still should have jumped out of the way. Sheesh.

They did not set up construction Thurs night - Fri am. I came through Bryantown a little after 12 am and nothing was going on.
