Nope, def 9-track. Got the DEC mini-reel 6250 BPI in my hand.... Shoot, I haven't seen a 7-track in a LONG time....

Yup, I remember them too. First job I had on base we had those, punch cards and those external hard drives that looked like several LP's stacked up!! I think they were 10M. And when they crashed, what a mess!!
