Yes but on the flip side, you accomplish nothing by being a dead hero and had they (someone) not called authorities, they could have all been executed before anyone ever known about it. The whole situation still sucks...

4 adults......two + dozen kids.........1 maggot with a gun..........I'd die to protect the children and have most people involved live.

DIp####, I know where it took place, that's an example of paificism, there was no spin, it's an example, albeit an extreme example.

A true pacifist won't raise up against ANYTHING no matter what the circumstances, even if someone is killing their family, and like VRAI said becasue they believe it's the next step to god.. THAT'S what I call BULLCHIT on.
What is the point of arguing faith?

Lets sum this up, you, rack'm and SURPRISINGLY, I would have tried to disarm the freak, but we where not there and you all have no idea of the mindset of those involved. Everyone is different and adults have an obligation to protect children, I will not answer for the 4 adult woman who ran out??? But they did call police and for an Amish person in a one room school house with no phone, surveillance system, security, etc. we should not be too quick to judge. A gun in your face is a sobering moment in ones life...

Watch COPS sometimes where you will see some of the biggest, baddest talking sh!theads acting touch get hit by a taser and start crying for their mommy.

Many people are like, I would have done this, and I would have did that, and in a REAL crisis situation, don't do sh!t. Damn armchair Quarterbacks!!!

You're right, I dont know their mindset. What I do know is this. If something happened to my children and all I did was run for help, I didnt do EVERYTHING I could to protect them, I would never be able to live with myself.

It's about time, I was getting a headache :lmao: jk

My children are my life, I honestly dont know if I could make it a single day without them, if anything ever happened to them. They keep me going, most days.
