Maybe if the media stopped focusing on the woman's soccer team, the hammer throwing b*tch, etc. people may not have lost interest. I saw more on the news about the pathetic soccer team protest and running their mouths than the athletes were getting medals (and proud to represent the U.S.).

How about the addition of surfing this Olympics? They could not have added a more inclusive, inner city, readily accessible sport, to counteract white supremacy.
