🔥 Last week’s Sturgis Motorcycle Rally is an annual event held not coincidentally held in Sturgis, South Dakota. It's one of the largest motorcycle rallies in the world, drawing half a million motorcycle enthusiasts from all over the world. The week-long rally features events including motorcycle races, concerts, bike shows, and more.

According to this roving report from the rally, basically nobody at this year’s event wanted to go into the vast, empty Budweiser beer garden. And that’s even after they took down all the posters of girly-man Dylan Mulvaney suggestively straddling Harleys in a star-spangled bikini. The non-existent crowd was what they would have expected if, instead of free beer, they were only serving hot exhaust.

In this video clip, the reporter tries his best to ignore the problem, and to give beleaguered Budweiser reps a little turbo boost of encouragement, but the awful optics keep drawing him back. Looking at that ghost town of a beer garden is just like the hypnotic effect of watching twenty parked motorcycles falling over like dominoes in slow motion. You can feel the reporter’s dawning realization that whoa, this might not just be a speed bump for Bud Light, but might be a disaster for the whole storied American beer brand worse than Evil Knievel coming up short on his jump across the Grand Canyon.

In a hundred years, college marketing classes will still be examining the great Budweiser Brand Suicide of 2023. So.

I was there, the Bud guys were the loneliest guys there.

Ad firm behind Bud Light’s Dylan Mulvaney fiasco fires 13 staffers after lavish French trip: sources

The California marketing firm behind Bud Light’s disastrous tie-up with Dylan Mulvaney fired more than a dozen employees — days after top brass boasted about a lavish junket to an award ceremony on the French Riviera, The Post has learned.

San Mateo-based Captiv8 — which The Post exclusively identified as the ad agency behind Anheuser-Busch’s short-lived partnership with the trans influencer — flew executives and guests on a private jet to the annual Cannes-Lions festival in June.

Captiv8 booked the private charter on a boutique French airline called La Compagnie, which features 76 lay-flat seats and a “bespoke plane experience,” according to a press release about the trip.

Upon returning from the marketing industry’s Oscars-like event, CEO Krishna Subramanian offered a recap of their trip during a company-wide Zoom meeting on July 3, multiple sources told The Post.

The presentation allegedly included photos of the giddy travelers aboard the luxury jet, as well as the yachts, pool parties and villas they visited in the South of France.

The presentation allegedly included photos of the giddy travelers aboard the luxury jet, as well as the yachts, pool parties and villas they visited in the South of France.

Two days later, however, the “tone-deaf” Subramanian handed out pink slips to 13 workers, about 5% of Captiv8’s more than 200 employees, a Captiv8 employee told The Post.

“They said they were investing in the future of the company and building relationships,” one current worker who survived the purge told The Post, adding, “Maybe they could have saved jobs instead of blowing all of this money” in Cannes.

After the layoffs, Subramanian told remaining staffers on another company-wide Zoom call that the ad agency was “examining budgets” and “evaluating finances,” according to sources.

I wonder if Dylan will be presenting the scholarships personally.

UFC announces Bud Light as its official beer in partnership with Anheuser-Busch

Bud Light faced intense backlash earlier this year following its partnership with trans activist Dylan Mulvaney

UFC announced Bud Light will be its official beer as part of a partnership with Anheuser-Busch following months of controversy surrounding the beer brand that erupted earlier this year.

The mixed martial arts organization revealed Tuesday it struck a multiyear deal with the beer giant involving the Bud Light brand having a heavy presence in UFC's content in its broadcasts and online beginning in 2024.

"Anheuser-Busch and Bud Light were UFC’s original beer sponsors more than fifteen years ago. I’m proud to announce we are back in business together," UFC CEO Dana White said in a statement Tuesday. "There are many reasons why I chose to go with Anheuser-Busch and Bud Light, most importantly because I feel we are very aligned when it comes to our core values and what the UFC brand stands for. I’m looking forward to all of the incredible things we will do in the years ahead."

Henceforth, matchups will be fought wearing only rainbow headbands and banana hammocks.

Prominent Right-Wing Figures Line Up to Save Bud Light

Unfortunately, some on the right (ostensibly, at least) are looking to not only save Bud Light but actively rehabilitate its image. Those include Dana White, Tim Pool, and Kid Rock. As part of his podcast, Matt Walsh broke down the situation, including playing clips of each man's insistence that it's time to leave Bud Light alone.

For those that can't watch the video, the general push is that Bud Light has suffered enough and that Republicans have more to gain by having them on our side than not. Specifically, White claims that if you are a patriot, then you should be guzzling Bud Light because it is more aligned with right-wing values than other beer companies. Likewise, Rock and Pool suggest that the victory has already been won, essentially claiming that it's time to let the mercy rule come into play.

Unfortunately, there's more to this story than just some random change of heart among those mentioned. Specifically, Bud Light gave the UFC, owned by White, a $109 million sponsorship deal. Whether the other two guys are also financially involved with the brand in some way, I don't know.

Regardless, conservatives should be asking themselves why they should give two shakes about whether Dana White gets $109 million. As Walsh asks in his segment, how does that help you? How does that help your family? It obviously doesn't. Rather, caring about that is a symptom of the recent Republican trend of being obsessed with what celebrities think.
