Anytime
Had a serious engine problem last weekend, took my truck back to Park Dodge, the service manager kept me very well informed about what was wrong and what they were doing to fix the problem. Got it back last night, I'm very satisfied with the service and customer relations. :yay: :yay:

Now I can go skiing this weekend

Yep, I think they're building their success by doing a good job and exhibiting integrity. I've bought 2 vehicles from them and done a few service calls with them, and I've not been anything but pleased.

I stopped in looking for a used truck. Told them I wanted a small x-tra cab with a stick and filled out their info form. Get a call a few days later from a salesman saying we've got some in that fit what you 're looking for. I go down and they've got 3 trucks with automatics. :dead:
Some friends have purchased from them and they have complimented their service.

No experience with them, but have used Ken Dixon Chevy in 'dork for service and NEVER WILL AGAIN!!!!

Weingardner Chevy in Fort Washington is very good. Bought my Venture from them used and had issues with the transmission (I think that was it), the service guy called me and kept me up to date. They replaced the transmission no questions asked. Guy called me at about 10:00 a.m. on friday to tell me that the noise looked like transmission issue, and that they had to pull it to be able to tell for sure and that if I did not hear from him by 2:00, to call him back. He called me back around 1:00 to tell me that the transmission needed to be replaced and that they had one on order to be delivered Monday morning. Got the van back Monday evening.

Why did it take a man to go back with you to keep from being swindled?

:yeahthat:

They sold me a lemon whose brakes were failing at 35,000 miles, the rims were crap, and the tires would go flat once a week.

But then, part of the problem was probably just that I bought the car in Maryland. :ohwell:

F Park Dodge.. Bought my Eagle Vision TSI from them. Car was running fine bring it in for injector Clips Recall and the stupid tech installs injectors wrong and on the way home I smell gas and have fuel puddling on my manifold. Call Park Dodge and inform them they need to tow my car back and fix it right. Well service manager says no just drive it back.. Yeah right with fuel puddling Im sure. Said he wasnt gonna pay for the tow. By the time I was done ripping him a new ass he paid for the tow. The Ass-Hat that reinstalled my injectors and clips appparently fubared 4 plug wires which I then had to replace which were no more then 3 months old. My cars are purchased and serviced only by Ralphs dodge now and thats how it will stay.

:yeahthat: Tried to swindle me as well. All I need was to have my OBDII light checked. Simple enough - run the diagnostics and read what the problem is. However, they then started to tell me that all of these "other problems" that were wrong with my Jeep. The total of these "other problems" $500.00+. During this disscussion with the service manager, my husband comes in to the dealership. I tell hubby what is going on. Immediately the service manager says, "oh sorry, wrong Jeep - nothing is wrong with your Jeep we reset your OBDII sensor". Funny thing is - we were the only Jeep in the service department that morning.

Thanks for the compliments... I work at Park Dodge and we strive to please our customers
Maybe you should show this thread to your manager. Maybe they will see a pattern in what is being said here. Guys = good service, Gals = bad service / scam. Perhaps they should look into this.

We did print out this thread and others. We take comments seriously and like with all businesses, every customer will not be satisfied. Some people have good experiences and some have bad ones. That is also why we have comment cards for customers to fill out. Mr. Dillard, the owner, takes all of the comments seriously, he takes his business seriously and will do his best to resolve any problems.

And on a personal note.. as with any dealership most likely females are more likely to get scammed since most of them do not know the right questions to ask. Before I worked here I would have gotten hassled by sales of any place or even negotiations but now I know what to look for.

Nice to see that a representative of the company actually admits this.

What's your name? I'd like to call the BBB.

Regardless, whether the customer is male or female, there should be no scamming. Period.
