I made that comment, difference is that leaves don't have prey behavior so of course they shouldn't get kicked. If a dog runs up to a horse barking at it non stop, is around their feet and chasing it, then I say yes they will probably get kicked at or even kicked.

And that type of behavior in a dog is not neccesarily aggressive. My dog barks at everything. Misinterpretation by the horse and it kicks a dog. It's possible that a horse could do something that a dog misinterprets and the dog attacks.

Yeah, I can see how standing in the middle of your pasture, chewin' on a blade of grass and swattin' flies off your ass could be misinterpreted. :lmao:

So you're either a dog or dog psychologist?

And.... You're way worse than any pitbull I've ever seen.

I bow to your dog brain knowledge. :lmao:

I never said I knew, only that it was a possibility. But the fact that I do own a dog and have consistantly for my entire life and you haven't in the damn near 5 years I've been on here, I would venture to say I do know a little more about the subject.

If you say so, honey. :huggy:

The only reason I asked if the horse was sleeping is because you can not be 100% sure that the attack was unprovoked. You assume based on your knowledge of your horse but you can't be certain.
Are you effing kidding me??? That might be the dumbest thing I've ever seen you post.

I'm always looking for everyone to agree with me. If that would happen there would be no argument.
Quit taking the wrong side of arguments and maybe someone would agree with you.

So by your statement here, it's very possible that a horse can misinterpret a dog's intentions and kick it and that's ok but if a dog does the same and attacks that's not?
Hello, bean head??? If the dog hadn't gone after the horse, the horse wouldn't have kicked it in the first place. Or do you think horses chase other animals around trying to boot them one?

Well, apparently some do. Somebody said they'd seen it happen before.

I'm of the belief that if ANY dog of ANY breed shows aggression it should be euthanized.
Yeah, that'll really make the parents of a dead or mauled kid feel a lot better.
