It is getting very nasty out there. There are numerous trees and large branches down along the Rt. 5 corridor. My girlfriend that lives near the Drift Inn says she has not had electric for hours.


I thought the whole thing about the Solomons Bridge closing was a joke around here. I didn't know that they actually CLOSE the bridge.

I just came over the Harry nice bridge not that long ago and down 234 and it was rough. Please take care

I just got in... lots of trees down enroute to go home and one accident I had to wait to clear and something bounced off the side of my truck, sounded like a rock or something :jameo:

:huggy: The winds that were south moved up... DC had a lot of lights out and cops directing traffic. It looked like someone had a pressure washer on the roads the wind was blowing so hard and fast on the wet pavement... I only felt the truck lift up once. Then I get home here and noticed my boat rolled off down a little hill...I'll have to figure out tomorrow how to recover it. its all sideways and crap. :cussing: It looks like one of the stray kitties decided to take it out for a spin in all this rain. :lol: Its my fault though, I was trying to save a crab :banghead:
