Hopefully the homeowners that live in the area aren't crybabies.

Me and a couple other people have been hearing about this for a while but never thought this would ever make it to paper. Let's see if this turns in to a reality now.

Economy made the City of Millville think about what kind of impact a track would have for the region and NJMP got built so maybe Saint Mary's County will tell the whiners to STFU and deal with the noise.

If it does get built, you can bet your ass I'll be moving to St. Mary's County. If a crybaby is whining about noise and wants to sell their house, I'll buy it. I LOVE the sound and smell of racecars in the morning. :dye:

Yeah, I head of this while at Summit Point this past summer.
There was a post about it a few months ago.

IDK what I'm going to do with New Jersey, Summit Point and this track all within 3 hours of each other. :jameo:

Shut up you retard. I bought my house and live in peace. I don't want a bunch of fart can noise, tire squeeling and all the crap that goes along with it in my back yard. Buy my house, I don't friggin think so. You can't afford a shoe box

I agree! If you buy a house and then the noise makers try to come in, you have every right to fight it.

The whiners came in and got just about every track in the area closed (because they moved next to a racetrack that's been there for 40 years) it's about time "the noise makers" win one. maybe people will see how we feel everytime a track gets closed down because of stupid people. :pete:

They can win when they bring me a big fat check and pay the movers.
