Why shouldnt people be able to keep the noise down in their neighborhoods?
It would be different if a track was already there when they bought, but to put it there after the fact is not right.

They can build 'em both next to the jail in Waldorf.
yeah they can put that in the infield and use the convicts to keep the property clean

There are a lot of great tracks that have been shut down, even in this region, because people build houses literally right next door to a racetrack then demand it be closed.
That's the problem now. We build housing developments EVERYWHERE, and then people move in and demand no more development. Guess what, Waldorf's saying the same thing. It takes 15 minutes to drive from my house by the St. Charles library to the nearest McDonalds.
