Just to give you an idea of how long it takes:
Monday morning around 7am the crew (4 guys) showed up to repair two downed line sections and a transformer. One section had lines tangled in a large tree and the pole was sagging, and the other had a smaller tree broken and laying across the lines but not tangled up.
They had the power restored around 3:30pm. So that's 8.5 hours to repair comparatively moderate damage, and I was impressed that it only took them that long.
So be patient, folks. I know it sucks - being without power wasn't so terrible, but I'd have been having a breakdown if I'd lost my water.
They're getting everything restored as fast as they can.
