I do wonder about the facility. I can't get in there.

I put a prayer in my Prayer Jar for RR this evening. It usually works. Hugs to you Wenchy, I'm sure you can use one right about now. He is lucky to have a Friend like you.

Prayers for you Railroad. I don't know what you believe, but I hope whatever it is, along with your friends and family, it all gives you the strength and peace you need.

Check out The Observation Car, under the personal forums. I've been onboard that forum since I started on this site. I personally agree with his doctrine and theology of Biblical teachings on Christianity - fundamental, if you will.

I don't know the guy, but through PM's with him, I know a lot has been tossed at him the past few years, both personally and professionally, that could bring anyone down.

I have been praying for him, and will continue to lift him up for strength and encouragement before the Lord.

I can receive but not send e-mail from here (yet), and can receive visitors. As soon as a bed is available they plan to move me to a real rehab facility in the local area. The main focus here has been to correct a number of medical issues.

He called me. He's currently at Calvert and can have visitors. A bed is opening for him at Hope House in Crownsville on Monday. He will then apparently have no way to contact anybody at that point.

He is so grateful to all of you and he is not mad at me.

His doctors said if he didn't get in the day he did he would have come in an ambulance.

I understand your personal concern for your friend, but if I were in a situation where I confided a personal situation to you, and you blabbed it on a wide-open forum, I would be beyond pissed. You would no longer be my friend, and I would absolutely never grant forgiveness to you.

My personal business is my personal business, until I find the time to put my business out there myself.

I am sure he is in good hands, both earthly and spiritually, and is fortunate to have a friend like you, and, obviously you are grateful to have him as a friend, as well. I saw he posted on this thread. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers, Railroad.

He called this morning. Calvert puts flowers on their food? He sounds good and is so grateful to all of you.

He may not get the bed at Hope House. The EKG showed problems. Please pray.

BG, I can certainly understand your desire to be a private person. Though I never attend social events, I seldom hide things. I need all the help I can get right now, and Wendy knows me better than anyone else here. It was incredibly sweet and courageous to start this thread on my behalf, and okay, if it opened up some personal information in the process, I couldn't care less. So please understand the spirit in which it was intended.
