Presidential Debates 2012

My plan is to have my tablet set up streaming Gary Johnson's G+ Hangout during the debate :yay:

Although...now I'm wondering if I could set it up as a picture-in-picture...

Honestly, I think that is a great idea.

Edit it so it makes it seem like Gary is there at the debate answering questions.

Put it on Youtube or something.

the rich pay more of those other taxes than you do. So that is a dead point.
so what if he still gets to keep his 20 million after taxes, he earned, worked for it. its his.
the ones not pulling their fair share are the ones that refuse to work, to support themselves, that take from society instead of contribute to it.

Romney really did not work for his money, as other people did the work while his kind take the loot off of the top - we call it as Capitalism, or call it the slave Plantation style economy.

He gets to keep the 20 million after taxes because he had really low taxes of just 13% which means he is getting a very unfair advantage over the vast majority of tax payers who do work and for their work they get a small fraction compared to Romney's big money.

The idea of fairness means that the very rich do not get to live like Princes and Kings while our Gov goes falling deeper into debt, and while the majority of citizens suffer under their higher tax rates.

But it is his money.

It is only his money after the taxes and not before.

Even high Republicans are not above the tax collector.

:wah:

Really funny that you think that way, your money was your kids money, but you thought it was a crime against you to pay that money to your kid. Very interesting.

Romney paid 2 million but he also gets to keep some 20 million this one year, which is just more millions piled on top of his other millions and millions.

For me (and other Disabled citizens) we pay no income tax because we do not get any income.

We poor folk still have to pay other taxes like assorted sales taxes, fuel tax and such.

Fair share does not mean an equal share, because the very wealthy are still very wealthy after they pay their taxes, while the very poor remain very poor even if we pay no taxes at all.

This is not a difficult concept.

:otter:

You worked hard to deceive the gov;t to get your disability and BE poor..

Romney worked hard to make his millions..

You made your choices, you need to live with them..

He made his choices and has to live with them..

You both WIN!! You both got what you worked hard for, and both got what you wanted.. You're like twins!!

You seem to have everything confused.

The Child Support does NOT go to the children - it goes to the thieves.

Just as tax money does not belong to the tax payers as it belongs to Caesar (the Government).

Maybe our great President Obama, who also happens to be a Professor of Constitutional Law, might explain that to the Republicans during the debate tonight.

What are you talking about? So you pay child support and the child doesn't see a dime, very interesting. I know for a fact that you are wrong.

Unless the mother of your child didn't use it for the child which I find hard to believe since the child is still alive.

maybe someone should explain the constitution to your crap president, he has proven more than once that he has no respect for it.

His child is still alive because a real man stepped up to the plate and cared for him.

if we all sit down to dinner, how does the bill get broken up at the end, do we pay by what we ate, or do we pay by how much we have in our pocket.

If it were you and I and Romney who split the bill, and if that multimillionaire with hundreds of millions expect us each to pay our third of the bill - then we damn sure are NOT going to vote for that person to be our President of the USA.

Just so that we're all clear on what you're saying: am I to understand that if you have a meal with someone who has more money than you, you become cross with them unless they flip your bill?

Is that kind of the idea at which you are getting?

That's how his lives his life, people with more money than him, which is almost everyone, should foot his bill on everything.

That is a unique way of deciding who to vote for; if they pay the bill or not. I have a strong idea that Romney would pay the bill because he is charitable/giving in his personal life. If someone offers to pay the bill, most people say they insist on paying their own, and the "Romney" would insist on paying, and that would be the end of it. I don't think people start out to meet for dinner expecting the "Romney" to pay. It is called social etiquette, or if you like, paying your own way. jmo

This is one of the most presumptuous, dishonorable, shameless, and arrogant statements I have ever read on the Internet. And I've read some doozies over the years.

And I am no fan of either candidate. Spoken like a true 47%'er.

Im not going to jump on you right yet for this, because under certain circumstances, your answer is perfectly acceptable.
Example, we all get the all you can eat buffet at the house of cat Chinese place. the bill comes, we all do owe a third. so I agree with your statement here.

however if you mean we all go somewhere else and I order the burger and fries for 9.00 another guy orders the crab cake for 13.99 and you order the surf and turf and have 4 drinks and desert, for 59.99.. then we split the final bill three ways, I have to call foul on that one.

so which way did you mean?
