I'm just curious since I just finished reading a few pages out of the latest FLEX magazine. I listen to heavy metal mostly (what most people probably cannot stand AT ALL).
The heavier the better for me when it comes to working out. I change up my selection on my MP3 player to accomidate my ever changing tastes and workouts. I have stuff from Slipknot to Blink 182. Sometimes I need the an upper beat tune while other times I just need the hardcore to get me going.
