1. Slather mayo all over cob
2. Roll cob in Parmesan cheese
3. Sprinkle some salt, pepper & paprika
4. Wrap in tin foil and grill until cheese melts and slightly darkens

Place shucked ears in enough water to cover, bring to boil, and boil for 9 minutes. Simple, tasty, and doesn't take up valuable grill space.

...but I'm so much happier not having that big azz pot of boiling water to deal with.

The best way to cook corn on the cob is to deep fry it. Heat up a pan of oil, drop in your corn, and fry till it's a golden brown. Douse in butter and it'll be the best you ever had. I thought the folks in Florida were crazy the first time I saw fried corn on a menu down here, but the stuff is awesome!

There's an old saying... "Americans will eat anything deep fried."

However you fix corn on the cob, be sure to cook 4 extra ears so that you can make this the following night for dinner...

Marinated Corn Salad

4 ears of corn, cooked, cut off the cob, and cooled
1/2 small green pepper, cut into 1/2" strips
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tabls thinly sliced green onion
1 tabls diced pimento
1 tabls minced fresh parsley
3 tabls vegetable oil
1 tabls cider vinegar
1/2 teasp salt
1/2 teasp dry mustard
1/8 teasp pepper

Combine corn, green pepper, onion, pimento, and parsley.

Combine oil and remaining ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake to mix well. Pour over vegetables, cover and chill 4 hours.

YUMMY!
