Pookie just came to my door again! I didn't answer this time nor will I answer if he comes back again. What part of "we have no work for you and no money for you" did he not understand a week ago? :banghead:

Once again, he rang the doorbell during my son's nap time. Of course my dog started barking. When I didn't answer he proceeded to knock, causing my dog to bark even louder. This guy is really beginning to piss me off! :tantrum Have you noticed him on your street again lately?

Call the cops and tell them you want a no trespassing order issued against him.

Leave the door unlocked. Yell "come in" and when he comes in yell "close the door behind you". When he turns around from the door, shoot him in the face with a shotgun. Then, go outside and close the door, and break it open so it looks like he forced his way in. Problem solved.

"Honestly officer I was in fear for my life. He kicked the door open, see the jam is all busted up, and he slammed it closed behind him so I was convinced he meant to trap and kill us. I swear. Fear for my life."

No I haven't, but it sounds like it's time for you to contact the Sheriffs office.

Tell them your circumstances and ask them to advise you on a plan of action,
i.e calling 911, no trespassing signs, calling gary_webb,etc.:huggy:

You have such a wonderful, graphic imagination! Wait, have you done this before? :yahoo:

I called them the last time he was here. Told her I was basically looking for advice about what to do if he comes back. She told me that the second he knocks on the door, call them & they'll be here in no time to check him out. Chances are he'd still be in the neighborhood because he's on a bike. She said they'd just stop him & see what's up, not mention that I called. They could lock him up for trespassing because I told him to leave once before. Last thing I need is for him to get pissed at me for calling the cops & possibly look for revenge. Their response time is quick here - they're always on my road, back & forth from the beaches to PF.

My concern is this - is he really just a hungry guy looking for money? Or is he casing my house? Hate to overreact but I'm not the most trusting person in cases like this. Not looking forward to being outside doing yard work & having him ride up.

Not under your exact circumstances and not with a shotgun, no. Most people are amazed by what one can get away with if you know how play your cards, though. :ninja:

See the Baynet today, false report boy made up the whole story.:shocking:

I'm glad to see charges have been filed and that they'll be seeking restitution for the money he wasted with his BS. I've been waiting to see if he'd be charged or not. Thanks!

Do what they advised. If he does something vengeful he'll be the number 1 suspect, so start a paper trail. I bet the cops even know who he is. Prior arrests ect.

I doubt he's hungry. There is a shelter next to the PF state police barrack called Project Echo where he could get something to eat. Not only is he casing your house, he's feeling you out to see if he can intimidate you, and obviously he has. God knows what the POS is capable of.

A guy recently got arrested at Giant for begging. Cops told him to leave but he came back a little while later and started begging again. Maybe it was him, same age range. Of course, he'd be out already but I wonder?

As for him intimidating me, he wouldn't know if he had. The only time I opened the door, I was very direct with him. I also told him my dog doesn't like strangers, which is the reason why I wouldn't open the door more than an inch. Dog was right there barking like a loon. The next time, I just didn't bother to answer so he probably thinks I'm just a biotch because he saw me walk right by the door and ignore him. Hopefully he just stays away from my house. Pretty soon it'll be time to start cutting the grass and I don't feel like being hassled again when I'm outside.
