It's always strange in the air when one of em' catches you looking.

I have to disagree! If girls can go to school dressed like tom boys, or girls can go to school dressed provocatively, then young boys should be able to express their own person as well. There are more important things to worry about with our children than for us to be worried about a child dressing unapproprately according to certain peoples standards. Lets worry about our kids getting sold drugs right on our school property, or in front of the local super market. Let's worry about our children being violent towards other people. Let's worry about our children feeling like they have to commit suicide because some ignorate people can't stand the idea of him or her being gay, so they feel like they are being outcasts.
If I go into downtown Oakland California at 10PM on a Friday, stand on a street corner and yell a racial slur and I am beaten to death what would be the consensus?
You yelled the wrong racial slur?If I go into downtown Oakland California at 10PM on a Friday, stand on a street corner and yell a racial slur and I am beaten to death what would be the consensus?

No, I don't. Yes, I was just throwing out crap. You can't honestly expect to be taken seriously when you throw out crap like that. Get real, Andy.
That wouldn't condone it, imo.Obviously, you are a racist who deserved it.
I know that back in highschool I cared more about what was up that skirt than whatever teacher was ing on about that day
Teacher: "pcjohnnyb, could you please sum up what I just said? Yes, without staring at the dame in front of you."
ha, more like
Teacher: Is there a reason you keep dropping your pencil johnny? Butterfingers?
Johnny: Yeah...thats it...(has nothing to do with the jean skirt two seats back on my right)

I'd be just as mad about that as I would be if they were beat up for being white...or black...or Asian...or rich...or poor.
I just don't get the whole "hate crime" BS. If somebody beats the crap out of somebody...isn't that "hate"?
Treat 'em all the same.
We need stronger penalties for all violence crimes...all around. We need a broadening of the death penalty. We need universal punishment for gun crimes.
We don't need to differentiate between why somebody had violence inflicted upon them...we need to get much tougher against those that use violence for criminal activity.
