Big time in my opinion. SCs drive through lane runs through the Tearrific parking lot….
Sucks for Teariffic. I hope it doesn't hurt their business too much. I haven't been there in a while, but I guess I'll try and park in back instead on the side like before.

I had some last week. I rather the place reverts back to a Roy Rogers.

They have alright food there, the price isn't too terrible for the quality. They have some custom microbrew beer there but I don't drink.
I noticed Slim Pickins has traffic cones across their actual entrance, forcing cars into Tearrific's parking slots.
That's shady.
The lots have always been connected.
The "entrance" forces U-turns, so it might have been a requirement to close it off and just allow left turns into the bigger lot
Does it make it difficult to park and get out of the spot when the drive thru line is backed up? Sounds like a clusterphuk to me.
I haven't been there in a while, my memory of the parking lot is probably off.
Either the landlord is going to be forced to deal with it, OR the crowd thins as the novelty wears off.
But if it's a problem, the other tenants are going to complain.

Can confirm! Just don't get tricked by the General Tso's option because those come counted as drums or flats so the deal isn't as slick.
