SMOW or Snow for 1/6?

Lawn and porch were covered. Took the dog outside and she immediately got the zooms in the snow. When we finally came back inside, she was so covered with snow, She looked like a reverse dalmatian.

Zoomies are the best!

It would be great if this is right but I doubt it. Most weather sources are topping out at 4 or 6 in for St. Mary's. NAS Pax to be more specific.

I'm thinking I will probably be waking up throughout Sunday night into Monday morning and checking to see what's going on outside. I love snow and we don't get it very often so when we do, I get very excited.

a. Blowout on the bay & tributaries today...kind of entertaining if you have waterfront--about 12-18 inch drop during low tide.

Very conflicting info on snow totals. As posted above, up to 11" by some reports, 5-8" by a few others, and WUSA is showing 1-3".

I'm starting to think this might be far less of an event than predicted. Not the first time.... get all revved up over huge storms only to be very disappointed.

I hope everyone gets exactly what they want out of this event. With that said, I hope we here in the 7D get the 1-3" (WUSA) total and on the low side of that range.
