Sadly, my guess is people will all flock to DeSantis claiming he is more electable. Not as much baggage and contempt. If I were Trump, I would bow out using the I will be too old, want to enjoy time with my family and so on and throw my support behind DeSantis (even though, it would be more Trumpian for him to quote vraiblonde).

However, we all know Trumps ego and my fear is that he will go off the deep end and make himself look very bad.

Unless he can pull a rabbit out of his hat and get Ron to run as VP, I think he will be done.

I like Trump and I truly believe he was treated like complete $h!t and he deserves more credit than he has been given. I hope I'm wrong and he is able to maneuver gracefully through what is probably coming.

The corrupt GOP doesn't like DeSantis any more than they liked Trump. They only like squishies who will play money laundering games with them - they don't want anyone who actually takes their job seriously and has the best interests of the People in mind. And the Demcult absolutely hates his guts and take every opportunity to make chit up about him and go apeshit.

DeSantis is only more electable now because he's not in the running. The second he throws his hat in the ring, the games will begin. And then the folksies on here who hate Trump and say DeSantis is much better will hate DeSantis with a burning passion.
