It was actually a late 20 something male. He was stopped on the L.town side letting Ppl. go. The guy in front of me signaled him to move.

They're not commonplace in St. Mary's. It will take people time to adjust.

Neither are interstate highways but people seem to be alright with driving 30 mph over the speed limit.

Hopefully when Chancellors Run is widened they will put in circles the entire length except for at the firestation and each end....

Circles are so much cheaper to install and maintain... They also MAKE people drive slower or suffer the consequences.

Personally I don't want the driving impaired getting in the way of my Chaptico Market runs. Some people go around that circle at 5mph if not a dead stop. Others are rolling at 45mph (even though the posted speed is 20mph).

Hey! I've an idea for our next forumite outting... we will invite BS Gal and tell her it's a forumite biker gathering located at an address just on the other side of circle and we call all sit and watch her enter the circle and count the times it takes before she can actually get back out...

I ran over to the one in front of Buckingham Palace to get a good pic of the palace. Had a hell of time getting back
It's like 3-4 lanes zipping around at 50 mph
