Sorry to hear...my ex died yesterday.Not sure now. We had a death today.

My brother passed also. He retired a few years ago, bought his dream house in the mountains of Tennessee and had a gun shop. All his dreams fulfilled... He was buried Tuesday.Not sure now. We had a death today.

Condolences to Rose Red, Grumpy and On The River.
I got news that 3 fondly remembered former co-workers passed away over the last couple of weeks.
Plus the mom and brother of a beloved friend in cat rescue.

So sorry for all the deaths, folks.
Thanksgiving was very good. We had 16 or so people with smoked turkey, smoked ham, smoked mac and cheese, smoked mashed taters, yams, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, and rolls, plus 4 types of pies. The only failure was the mac and cheese, which was edible but decidedly "crunchy."
In all, a very good day!
