Well NOW Hogan has come out with ANOTHER PUBLIC HEALTH ADVISORY -- to postpone travel to or from states with 10% positivity rate or higher: (at this time) AL, FL, TX, SC, GA, AZ, NE, ID, LA.
AND to wear masks in all public work areas, AND even outdoors where you cannot social distance. Not sure what that means for restaurants where you eat outdoors and it's already reduced capacity, etc.

Ok can someone explain to me what exactly the purpose of masks are if people pull them down when talking? I’ve seen this numerous times on the boob tube just in the last hour.
so as I predicted earlier, masks are here to stay based on RINO Hogan’s announcement today...this is beyond effing ridiculous. Steep fines for not obeying are in our future, similar to DC.

No. There are so many who aren't "sick" but are still infected and infectious, and passing their infection because they just don't know it. That's why the infection rate is climbing.

Yeah, I get that..I was being a bit flippant. It is amazing how this virus affects some so severely that they end up on a respirator and maybe die, and some others have enough of it to spread it around, but don't even know they are infected.
I have no problem wearing a mask when I am in enclosed spaces (i.e. a store) with people I don't know for short periods of time, but I am not wearing one on my own boat, or walking down the street, or in my own car. I will just stay away from all the idiots I don't know if we have to start wearing them outside. I feel sorry for all the people that have to wear them when they are trying to earn a paycheck.

Is the restaurant going to ask for IDs to prove if people know each other?

You aren't required to wear a mask when dining inside or outside so they wouldn't be checking IDs because it doesn't really matter who you are sitting next to just as long as you have less than 6 people in your group.

So according to Biden who is speaking now, the masks will never come off. When he is president on day one he will order a national mask mandate because it is the patriotic thing to do. If elected he won’t become president until January 20th 2021. That means masks for at least another damn year!
