How do I know this? Because I have bags of marinating meat in my fridge! Tonight's offering was rib eyes soaked all day in:

2 c Bass Ale
1/4 c honey mustard
1/4 c olive oil
1 tsp coarse salt
1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
1 onion, thin sliced
4 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp dill
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp caraway seeds

then grilled to perfection. :yum:

Vraijun Cajun Rub

1/2 c coarse salt
1/4 c paprika
3 T coarse ground black pepper
1 T cayenne
1 T thyme
1 T onion powder
1 T garlic powder
2 T white pepper
1 T file powder

I make my seasoning mixes up and store them in marked Zip-Loc bags.

3 T chipotle chili powder
2 T cayenne
2 T garlic powder
1 T ground cumin
1 T oregano
1 T thyme

Again, stored in a marked Zip-Loc.

Sounds good. I just winged it tonight and just picked up some wings from the Outback. Still, it does feel like Spring! Please let the warm weather continue! :getdown:

yum yums!! Are you trying to say you only grill in warm weather? We grill all year!!! But I sure am glad it's getting warmer out!!
