1 tsp coarse salt
1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
1 onion, thin sliced
4 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp dill
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
then grilled to perfection.
