He owns it and is in some trouble for not paying his employees. There's a story somewhere on the Baynet about it.

I thought that was about his photographer at the rag.

No. That guy also worked for him at the rag, but he's complaining about the restaurant, as i understand it.

Turn the tables on the shooter/target and it would be prosecuted as a hate crime; why not apply this equally?
I don't understand what you are saying. Was this a black/white crime? Have they caught the person that did it?

Sounds like Richard has an issue with race. In the other thread he talked about police officers who were racist and now this. Glad I don't see the world as black and white.

Everybody thinks Waldorf is bad, Lexington Park is as bad or worse, and they dont have nearly as many people living in LP and are having all this crime.

Because the bad seeds from Waldorf "heard", "visited" and then "moved" to Lexington Park. It's easy to point the finger at one city but these crimes/criminals are in/from other cities in the county.

I just think it's a strange coincidence that the tackle box was robbed of guns and that a mob style shooting has taken place. All on the heels of businesses being robbed.

Makes you wonder if these criminals are local and if they have been long time residents of St Marys County. My guess would be that it's people moving here or "visiting" from other states.
Mob Style Shooting? I have totally missed that information.

www.thebaynet.com wrote that he was shot in the head which is known to be called "execution style" in the mob world.
It can also simply be a really effective way to ensure that someone dies from the shooting.

It is absurd - and entirely premature - call this a "mob" death. :ohwell:

I didn't mean to imply "the mob" had arrived in our county but I think it's a pretty serious message being sent nonetheless which is really sad if its the result of a business deal gone wrong.

Well, it's sad whether it is the result of a business deal gone wrong or not.
