LaRose messed up when he tried to mix it up with Malkin. It's generally not a good idea to poke a lion with a stick. Malkin and Crosby are very similar in that they play better when they're mad. Lemieux was that way. All the greats, are. Malkin's 3rd goal was just sick. Nothing anyone can do about that without dragging him down and going to the box.

The Canes can't play Pittsburgh's style of run-n-gun and expect to win. They hung with 'em for a while, but got worn down at the end. It was over after that blown 4 on 3 PP opportunity.

Canes need to take both at home. The RBC will be rockin'!!

At least the Caps made it a series. Canes got wiped off the map.
