You say that it is abusive and tyrannical, right? Well prove it. Provide data and not some BS answer like what you have been doing. I'll wait. :tap:

:yay: I have proven it. In the first post on this Thread and have backed it up since. I gave info and link and explanation. You ask me for proof - well I gave it and it still stands. It is others that want to just say I am wrong when they offer no proof against my stand.

The same thing will happen when I get to Annapolis. District 29B will lead the State of Maryland out of its backwards ways with me as its Delegate. Peace will come after victory.

:yay: I liked this thread first post so much that I have just created a new "Child Support" page to my website.

The info really improves the content and arguement of my platform and I think I owe it to you all for pumping up the info here.

So I do here reaffirm that criticism is a blessing so thank y'all for the inspiration.

If the "Child Support" page fails to show up on your screen then press Ctrl and then press F5 to reset your PC. Some times that is needed at first. I am also going to create a "Navy Base" page too, soon. Thanks again, James.

:flowers: ------------
I have just created a new "Idiot" page on my website. If the "Idiot" page fails to show upon your screen, press control, alt, delete and immediately back away from the computer.

You haven't proven one damn thing other than your own ignorance. You said that Maryland is in violation of support guidelines issued by the Federal Government. That is an outright lie and I have asked that you cite the law and you have not done so. The Federal Government does not anywhere within the law dictate what a state’s child support payments are required to be. I defy you to find it as the learned and self-empowered individual you claim to be. I know you won’t be able to because it does not exist.

Once again, and typing real slow just for you, the link you provide deals with how garnishment is handled and not what a state can impose upon a person for child support. Maryland’s system of using guidelines based on combined income does not evade or contradict the act you referenced. It is simply how the legislature of Maryland has deemed support will be handled, which is well with its right to do so. Furthermore you have not provided one iota of proof to support your allegation on this matter but instead choose to regurgitate your ignorant ramblings as to your belief of this connection that doesn’t exist. Forevermore when I hear the phrase “dumber then a box of rocks” I will think of you.

What fun is that? It is so much better to keep the dialogue going so anyone that reads this will know the caliber of this candidate.

Maybe you should run against him? Or are you too honest to be a politician?

I think my honesty would be refreshing to the political arena, besides I fall under Hatch Act prohibitions and would have to give up a job I love to do it and that ain't happening. Not to mention that I do not belong to his party, plus I doubt he survives the primary anyway.

Be a commissioner Ken! They only meet in the evening and I know, you would make one Hell of an awesome difference!

Can't do it. As a Federal employee I am prohibited from being candidate for public office in partisan elections while so employed.

It won't be long before I hit minimum retirement age and as soon as I do it won't take but a few bad days at work to consider retiring. Maybe then. I just couldn't deal with the pay cut to do it now.

And MMDad, another thing that prevents me from running against him is that I am not in his district, I'm in 29A.

:yay: Ken, Ken, Ken ....... Our differences are that you are telling how the present unjust system is, while I am trying to tell you how justice reform in the child support system is going to be.

Much of what you write is correct but it is a reflection of the injustices in the system that I am going to reform. Thus the Federal protection laws must START applying in Maryland and it will start in District 29B.

:elaine: Actually you and others here have helped me formulate my platform much better then it was. Like you quoted the Family Law and so I found the Fed Credit Protection Act and now both those are a part of my new "Child Support" reform web-page on my Campaign website. It was another poster here that showed me the DHR link. They had the wrong address link but I went and found the correct one and now it too is part of my new "Child Support" reform page. So this SOMD.com Forum has been really helpful to me and I am thanking y'all.

:yay: Thus my new improved platform will be ready for the summer elections. Right now this early the election is going very slow and unnoticed and it is time to prepare to beat the status quo and their ways so I do here appreciate the assistance. Even the petty nieve negative criticism has been informative. I use it all.

So again you are right in some ways but I am telling of the change to justice that is coming from 29B.
