...anyone notice how the Roman's were good enough for 49 years?

And do the Bronco's have much of a chance?

I prefer the 'L' since 50 makes me feel old (seen em all, where did the time go?)

Didn't think the Broncos had a prayer against the Pats, so I guess they have a chance. But, Panthers speed on defense may have a field day on Peyton's flutterballs.

Whenever someone has no chance in the upcoming NFL game, that always makes me wonder. Yeah, Carolina SHOULD win, rather handily, but they know that, the Bronco's know that and that leads to those games where we watch the clock go to 0:00 and just smile at how well this or that was thought out and executed. We are talking Wade Phillips and a BUNCH of talent including decent size on the D line.

I mean, that's the obvious; Carolina's run and, more to the point, Cam. ANY other QB back there and they're a playoff team yeah, but not a favorite for the super bowl. He's the entire ball game. Denver can play man so that takes care of Ginn, right? Play him and one other guy man all day and take your chances with Harris and Talib. Denver is good enough to find ways to account for Olson and play action in a zone scheme and that leaves stop the run, stop the run, stop the run. That makes it 9 guys all assigned to play whatever form of zone.

Cam might not think so but he is human. Denver has to hit him when he runs. They have to pressure him.

As for Denver, Peyton and his last hurrah. That's maybe a small plus but it is a plus.

And there is always special teams. Maybe a big play there?

Sentimental favorite Denver, spent a lot of time in Co. on TDY. Would be great if Peyton went out on a last great hurrah. Cam is a great young quarterback with a great future. I am hoping for a close game and think it will be. I just really hope it is not a blow out, would find that very boring.

I like Peyton Manning, but I think I will be rootin' for the Panthers today. They signed Rob McClain back in December - he's a graduate of Patuxent HS. So, yay for our local guy! :cartwheel

Beyonce's halftime show is supposed to be anti police, touching on hands up don't shoot and ferguson BS. If you support the police, turn off your TV during the halftime show.

It is uncertain if she is going to sing that song or not but not a Beyoncé fan anyway so I plan to watch the Puppy Bowl on Animal Planet

Very pleased with the game so far. I Like a close game. Not happy with all the Broncoes penalties, they need to get their #### together.
