LOL...it was an alternative. I don't know what the name of the store is, but it's right across the way from the Friendly Tavern...a small oriental shop and they sell fish on wooden blocks that is normally used in Won Ton Min and can be an alternative also.
Other than that, I made the trek up to Cross Street Market in Baltimore and bought about a pound of Yellow fin, that is sitting in my freezer waiting for me to have sashimi or make California rolls (wife's favorite)
Hmm, I'll may have to check it out. I live in Waldorf so I was looking for somewhere somewhat close to buy the fish. I guess I can just ask how fresh it is when I buy it, or attempt to anyway. I'll probably try Nicks or something. I don't know, I'm a lil freaked out by making it myself.
