Now that I am thinking about it, I don't know if that is a micro or not..there is very little flesh in that area, and it needs flesh to anchor it, not to mention to foot of the jewelry, though small, would probably still be visible there..not to mention uncomfortable with nothing to cushion it against the cartilage..I can imagine that if someone DID agree to place it there, it would have a pretty decent chance of rejecting. It's anatomy dependent, of course, But I don't think I would go for a micro to get that look..reg cartilage piercings would be more comfortable, safer, and longer lasting.
