Leftover turkey sammich for lunch. Yum!

BUT.... opened a new jar of mayo, spread it on the rye toast, it didn't look right. Took a taste..

:barf: It had gone bad. Glad I didn't put the turkey on it.
A jar of Mayo could never go out of date in my house. Although I've been packing more lunchs since the Idiot-in-Chief took office.

Since I make my own mayo most store bought does taste old to me.
I’ve just never been a fan of mayonnaise.

Although, I simply accept it is a basic ingredient in pretty much everything pre-prepared these days.

Everyone I talk to loves Duke's Mayo, I don't care for it, it tastes spoiled to me. I usually use Hellman's..

Are two 13 ounce cans of Redi whip enough for a 9 inch pumpkin pie or should I get a third can?

Was at the store today... not paying $6 for a small jar. Broke out the food processor and made some. Used lemon instead of vinegar. First attempt was pretty good, taste similar to Hellman's, but there was an 'off' flavor. Used vegetable oil, think I need to use something else next time. Wasn't thickening, had to add a lot more oil than the recipe called for to get it to thicken.

Worst part was trying to get it out of the food processor into the jar.
