I have fam in VA. They can buy them for me.
I usually get mine online and have them mounted/balanced locally. I've got fairly new tires on all my vehicles, except the Jeep that I bought for my fiancé. IDK if I'll be keeping either long enough to worry about it. With the tires I buy, $5 each is barely noticeable.

True, $20 isn't much. But I may just do most of my purchases out of state. Gov screwed the state by overspending. He can get people who voted for him to pay more and cover his a**.

A good friend owns a tire shop in WV, he had a single tire delivered on a flatbed for a giant dump truck used in mining, he told me that one tire was $20k.
