There's pretty much a consensus among the lawyers I am listening to who are commenting on the trial today:

1) The defense needs to file for a mistrial with prejudice and the prosecutor needs to be fired and disbarred for violating the defendant's constitutional rights.

2) The defense lawyers are borderline incompetent; they sit there passively missing one opportunity after another to object to the prosecutor's bad behavior. In several cases, the judge had to do the defenses' job.

The freaking prosecutor has Kyle on the stand and just violated his constitutional rights by telling the jury that Kyle exercised his right to remain silent. The judge immediately sent the jury out of the room and read the prosecutor the riot act.

Prosecuters have been doing that for DECADES ...... and usually are NOT Called out by the Judge
