The Rittenhouse Incident

The pitfall of free representation. You don't always get the best.

They passed up on some of the best, offering free services in some cases.
Two they passed on were Robert Barnes and Andrew Branca. They were foolish for sure.

Identity of mysterious 'jump kick man' revealed

A video played at trial appears to show Freeland running at Rittenhouse and kicking him shortly after the teenager shot and killed Joseph Rosenbaum.

Rittenhouse testified at trial that he fired at Freeland in self-defense but missed.

"I thought if I were to be knocked out, he would have stomped my face in if I didn't fire," Rittenhouse told the jury.

Prosecutors argued during the trial that the men who confronted Rittenhouse were trying to stop an "active shooter."

Freeland approached the prosecution to testify in exchange for immunity for other charges, including a DUI, but they rejected the offer, according to a source familiar with the discussions.

Wisconsin arrest records show that Freeland has a lengthy criminal history, including charges for battery, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana and other offenses this year.

Bari Weiss dismantles media's falsehoods on Kyle Rittenhouse: This was a 'disinformation campaign'

"Unless you’re a regular reader of independent reporting… you would have been served a pack of lies about what happened during those terrible days in Kenosha. And you would have been shocked over the past two weeks as the trial unfolded in Wisconsin as every core claim was undermined by the evidence of what actually happened that night," Weiss added.

The "Common Sense" writer slammed the "disinformation campaign" pushed by the media and Democratic lawmakers "for the sake of an expedient political narrative—a narrative that asked people to believe, among other unrealities, that blocks of burning buildings somehow constituted peaceful protests."

She pointed to the infamous CNN graphic that read "FIERY BUT MOSTLY PEACEFUL PROTESTS" as its correspondent reporting from Kenosha last year stood in front of a fire set by rioters.

There is no way in hell these people with criminal records would band together in cities and go around breaking nup peaceful protests unless they were recruited and hired to do so.
Someone pays their way to these places, feeds and hides them while they are there and plans on their next move.

Why isn't the FBI finding out who or what is organizing these people.
These are not volunteers for freedom, they are paid thugs.

If the FBI isn't investigating they are also being run by the same people who are organizing these riots.
Wake up America our elections and ANTIFA and the 1/6 fake insurrection and the Government itself, are being organized and run by these same people and they are powerful.

Reminds me of a few years back (forgot the "riot") where there were a half dozen different reporters crowded around the one trashcan on fire trying to pretend that the entire city was on fire.

That was one of the early ones after the 2016 election. A Trump-hate riot.

If they haven't decided by now that means there are hold outs on one side or the other.

Dependent on how strong the minority side is will determine if the jury is hung. (IMO it is).
My belief is that part of this jury are Conservatives that believe Rittenhouse innocent by verdict of self defense, and some are liberal and believe him guilty and others are scared shtless.

We will see how courageous this jury is by their verdict .
Of course my opinion is that the boy should never have been there in the first place, but he was, and he was attacked, he was frightened --justifiably-- and he defended himself. If the jury finds him innocent they will have made the right decision. If they find him guilty some are ignoring facts and acting on their political or racial stance and the ones who agree are cowards.

That's my feelings and i am sticking with them..
