It probably wouldn't matter because everyone in the country has seen the coverage.
If I were on the jury I'd be infuriated at the threats and would vote "not guilty", then dare them to come after me.
I'm really hoping there is someone just like that on the Jury.

Tim has some good points about the video in question.
Thinking about it, what town or city would want a trial to be held there. They wouldn't want the crowds & protesters and a verdict that would burn down their town or city.

He (claimed he is James Morrison, Producer for NBC News) was pulled over because he ran a red light while in pursuit of the bus --- following a block behind. He was ticketed. He claims he was instructed to follow the jury by his boss in NYC (Irene Byon (sp?) ).
Just to clarify, due to this transgression, no one from MSNBC is allowed in the building, per order of the judge.
There is some chatter that NBC is denying he works for them... Robert Barnes commented that there are Ray Donovan-type guys (Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap) for hire who would have a cover story like that should they get questioned.
You'll get better commentary by a panel of independent attorneys here, IMO:

Lets see how MSDNC spins this on air tonight. Judge will be triple racist now because he isn't allowing them in the courtroom.
Speaking of which, within the past half hour, an attorney popped into the panel I am watching. He said he was recently interviewed by AP on this story. He said they only quoted half of his statement, thus making it appear that he said the exact opposite of what he actually did. He said he has a recording of the whole interview. This is like a dystopian dark movie.
It's not surprising any longer.
Then nation needs to undergo a thorough house cleaning. Media, Government, Bureaucracies, corporate.
The leftist infection is rampant.
