If it goes by the comics, there will be a few wars coming up but Alexandria should be a safe place with good people. I think the show and characters need a safe place for a moment.
But back to the gay kissing...
Here is a show that is all about gore, violence, children killing children, children getting killed, rape, domestic violence, lesbians, not to mention moral struggles etc. in this post apocalyptic world and people were blasting AMC about the gay kiss, threatening to stop watching the show and others were calling those haters all sorts of names. It is still going back and forth. I am serious when I say there are over 17,000 postings and many of those comments have comments in the hundreds all back and forth about the gay kissing.

I used to get nauseated sometimes when I watched Lost. Every time Kate would kiss Jack or Sawyer she would open her mouth a few inches before she got to their face, and that probing tongue would come snaking out.
That's about a billion times more offensive than Aaron and Eric making out last night.
Tongues are cool in porn, but of you're watching for the story, nobody wants to see that.

I told my husband after that scene, they just lost a lot of fans. It wasn't a big deal to me, but there are some out there that will stop watching just because of that.

I could care less about the gay scene. Didn't think it was a big deal. Actually answered my why was Aaron so freaked out about the flare question. Here's an interesting thought though... I follow the Walking Dead on Instagram. In the episode, they pull up and hear children playing. Lots of them. People were commenting that maybe this place is only interested in Carl and Judith. Maybe a cult thing to re-populate the earth???
