Today, I am listening to the news and they report finding 2 men shot in New Carrolton, one was pronounced dead once he arrived at the hospital. The other guy is in serious conditions.

Then the news reporter says "it is believe the two men had a disagreement of some sort."

I don't know if that's true or it's meant to be funny but I work with the mother of a child who jumped off the bridge and it's not at all funny to her. She's heartbroken.

I had a friend who shot and killed himself, and his mother, family, and friends were all heartbroken as well. We weren't so lucky as to have the police there to stop him from doing it, so that he could get further help for the depression he was going through.

But, of course, that would have been a waste of precious public resources and vrai's precious tax dollars. It's more important for her to have that money to invest into her business, so that we have better and improved forums. We must keep these things in perspective, obviously.
