Trike

Well, there are those add-on wheels that you can get for some Harleys (not sure which ones). I saw a couple people with them in Sturgis. I think they still allow you to lean a little. Also, it's a cheaper modification and you can also un-modify the bike with them. Just another option to consider.

That thing looks trecherous. One acorn and :flop:

:yeahthat: You're probably right, think we ought to give her neighbor a video cam so everyone can watch her driveway laps.

Ah! Found 'em...MTC Voyager Wheels:

Thanks, that might be a better option. I'm not sure we really want to do a full conversion to the little hugger. It's not really big enough for it, but this will allow for an either or.

I knew you guys would help. But I still want to ride a full Trike and see if that's what I really want first. Thanks again everyone!

There's a pretty one at St Marys Motor Sports. Honda.
Ronny and Janice both have Goldwing trikes now. She traded up from an 800cc Suzuki Volousia that was also triked.

Ylexot...I love you! Hubby came in as I was reading the website. He said he was familiar with it, had even considered it for his at one time, but that it would be a great option for the Hugger! The perfect compromise! I owe you one big sloppy kiss when we finally meet! :smoochy:

And Aps your last comment helped a lot too, so a kiss for you too. :smoochy:

BS I don't think I need to bother your friend. We are definately going this way now. It really seems the best of both worlds! But thanks a lot. I know a kiss won't do it for you, but I'll think of something. :flowers:

Thanks again everyone, I knew I could count on you. And BS, have fun on the driveway!

Oh, please.....If you have a license, Pely, I have a friend that has a beautiful trike. I don't know if she'll let you ride it, but she'd certainly put you on back. She'll let me ride it......Do you have the big M on your license?
I understand. you ride a Harley and have probably never scraped a foot peg in a corner, or had the thrill of your knee "feeling" the pavement as it goes by.. and if all you ever owned is a Harley, buy a trike, you won't know what you are missing anyways.

I've seen a Goldwing in the area with that on there, guy said it still leans in the corners, he just doesn't have to hold it up at stop lights.
I would think the Wing with the Landing wheels on it would be the best.. They raise up when you are speed, and touchdown when you slow down and stop..

I don't have a Harley. I have a 250 Rebel and a 650 V-star. I have felt my knee hitting the pavement many times. :lmao:

Boy and I took our "Dual Sport" Ultra Classic to the Renfest. We went cross country between cars, through a field, around a fence to skirt the log jam trying to leave.

I need to go dig the dirt and grass out of the frame tomorrow.
