You know, converts aren't all that uncommon. If you find a good deal on some empty commercial space in St. Mary's and want to convert it to residential. Find out who the owner is, approach them with an offer, and apply to P&Z to get the zoning changed for that building.

Can't hurt to try. :shrug:
