We just came in from the backyard. She still has a good running pace. Went to the rabbit run when the dog stuck her now under, no hissing, but Blue did reach out to bat the dog's paw when she reached under the fence. Buff just stood back and puff tailed.

She seems to be doing okay, not hiding, eating enough to maintain weight and energy.

As of tomorrow, I will be 4 years and 8 months post-surgery. Biggest concerns now are A1C and BP slightly on the high side. Am on meds to try and see if that will work, along with losing a bit of excess flab.

BTW, Buff spent most of his time walking the railing on the deck. He likes to be high above the ground.

AND...tomorrow is the 42nd anniversary of when Anita and I became a couple. June 26 will make 38 years married.

Love! Happy Anniversary!

Thinking about Miss Blue. I have had 10 cats in my life, since I was 10; that would be 1965. I have been thinking about all of them; lately. I hope she is hangin’ in. :huggy:

They were found in the yard, or rescued from a shelter. Their names were Kitty, Charlie, Thomas, Pandy, GrayC, Nathan, Sox, Tommy, Mouthy, and, current kitty, Lucky.

Kitties (or Pups) take up a lot of real estate in your heart.
I'm sure you found that Rescue is the Best Breed. 😸

We have a memorial wall with pictures of our past cats, ones Anita and I have had together.

Blue is upstairs, sleeping on her favorite perch near a window.
Buff is under the couch throw.
Cooper is under the guest bed.

They all have their favorite spots.
