Actually, it should be Settler's Landing, 125 units of housing for Navy personnel.
125 more units are going into Wildewood as well.

Why are earth are they building more base housing? It's not like 16 years ago when there actually was a shortage of housing for military. Isn't the base mostly contractors?

Yeah, most of the base's workers are contractors. But the Navy recently made a decision to get out of the housing market and let contracts for private builders to become the landlords off base.

My question is WTH didn't they build south of the base and we'd have 250 less cars using 235 every morning and afternoon.
