The new Navy housing behind Target will benefit the military families. Great school district, plus they won't have to deal with the housing market. I sympathize with people looking to buy right now. Closing costs are now being offered by sellers, but prices are still high.

And just like in Calvert - they should build it right next to the old one.
Food Lions aren't fit to make much money per store. If one starts making bank they build another to catch some of that revenue. They use the wagon-wheel method.

SFW, Safeway, or Giant may have one store in the area. Food Lion will surround these stores and pick up any extra revenue they can. For instance, there are at least four Food Lions in St. Mary's. Union run stores have a high mark to make each day as far as making that bank. If a Food Lion makes half that, they're happy. To wit, you have four Food Lion stores making 250,000 a week each opposed to say SFW making about 400,000 roughly.

Thats my thought. Whatever it's called, section 8, 9, or 10 is needed.
I own my own home, but have seen houses in this area taken away from many. No wonder crime has risen. :war:
