Thanks to DR (bastid!) I've been listening to Iron Horse for the last half hour, with no end in sight. I saved them as a play list in youtube. Awesome sound!

Great guy, actually got a chance to jam with him at a party, when i used to work at Veneman Music Company, when i was much younger. Danny was one Hell of a guitar player. In those days i thought i was pretty decent, after that night i realized i was a half assed acoustic guitar player at best. Still play though, I will say my son is a many times better guitar player than i am, but at least i introduced him to the guitar

It may be blasphemous or something, but I actually like Lou Reed's post-Velvet Underground stuff best. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy VU from time-to-time, but this is better to my ears.

My stepfather played sax for him. Fortunate to see a lot of his incredible playing. He was a charismatic dude, for sure!

Imogen Heap and Jeff Beck, with Tal Wilkenfeld on bass "Rollin' and Tumblin'" It gets taken down every so often, then somebody else puts it back up. It's happened at least twice since I discovered this song, and it prompted me to post the artist and song with every video.
