jp-you should have been up front to begin with:
1. the "puppy" is a St Bernard and 2. you have had a friendly relationship with the your neighbor in the past...me thinks there's more to this than you are posting. You posted like that person was a stranger and judged you wrong.

I lived there a few years ago and could not have a pet. This dog is going to be huge and the neighbor will surely complain when she barks. If I am not mistaken, they have a pretty loud bark. It's a St. Bernard which is a mighty big dog for one of those apartments.

well ownership has changed and buzzy no longer owns he bldg.

I see they have an apartment for rent in the classifieds... Is this the same place you live? No offense but I don't want to hear a dog barking all the time... Esp. during nap time...

where you would be living you wouldnt hear the dog unless you were outside in teh back wehre the fence is as all that is for rent is a 2bedroom trailor. and bruno when she starts to bark i take her out (that is her way of telling me she has to go potty and it only lasts less than a min as I get up and take her out). the other times she barks which isn't very often is when shes chasing the kitten around the apartment. I am in teh apartment that is up for rent.

Thanks

thanks for saying that because all dogs do bark there is no such things as a quiet dog.

Have you always lived in an apartment? I'm asking because I can't imagine choosing a St. Bernard knowing I live in an apartment. You said he/she's a puppy right?
