where you would be living you wouldnt hear the dog unless you were outside in teh back wehre the fence is as all that is for rent is a 2bedroom trailor. and bruno when she starts to bark i take her out (that is her way of telling me she has to go potty and it only lasts less than a min as I get up and take her out). the other times she barks which isn't very often is when shes chasing the kitten around the apartment. I am in teh apartment that is up for rent.

So when they rent the apartment you have to move? :shrug: Does the person below you know that this is only temporary then? :shrug:

Have you always lived in an apartment? I'm asking because I can't imagine choosing a St. Bernard knowing I live in an apartment. You said he/she's a puppy right?

the dog is the stores mascot. she is supposed to stay here but couldn't in the past as nobody was down here to take care of her in the evening after we closed. Now I live here and shes able to stay with me. Bruno is 1yrs old. So yes shes still a puppy.

my apt is a 1bedroom the trailor is 2bedrooms so I do not have to move or any of that. I am here permanently.

On a side note... I did notice that they had 2 of those big dog pens (wire fencing) that you get for like 300 bucks at petco... one of them had dog stuff in there and then the other one had kids toys and what not. I thought that was a bit odd

I think I plan to have a talk with the landlord and tell him what is going on and see what he has to say about it. (the landlord is my stepfather). I personally want this lady gone as all she does is complain.
