Tonight, one last pot of potatoe soup until cool weather slides back in late fall.

Took what I thought was a pork loin out of the freezer, was going to Shake 'n' Bake it and roast it. Turns out it was a bunch of country ribs. So I coated each rib and tied them all together to look like a roast. Seasoned inside and out.
