Better than Bradfords ?
Yes. It must have been an oven stuffer roaster and cooked to perfection. Bradford's uses poulits in comparison. I just warmed up a breast and 2 wings. The wings weren't needed and it was still better than Bradford's fresh out of the fryer. They use salt sparingly, unlike Bradford's.

Went to a wedding Sunday evening and when served dinner thought of you. I tried Brussel sprouts for the very first time. The were served braised/candied and were so incredibly delicious!
When prepared correctly, they are delicious!

Missus makes a casserole with tater tots, our homemade sausage, eggs and other stuff. It's great right out of the oven, but....its the leftover part that I like best. I make some thick slab slices of the refrigerated casserole and fry 'em in a pan in some oil until they are nice and brown and a bit crusty on both sides.

Gotta keep my cholesterol numbers up.

When traveling to cold climate countries, it helps to have thick blood to keep you warm. :yay:
