No idea yet. Niece and I stopped at NN Burgers in Tappahannock on our way to Norfolk. They were REALLY good!

Got ground beef (80/20) at the store earlier. Made up some hamburger patties. Trying something different - put a package of chili seasoning in with it and mixed it up. Chili cheese burgers!
Yum! It was really good! I used one envelope of chili seasoning to almost 3 pounds of burger. Also mixed in 2 eggs and some plain bread crumbs as a binder - I like to make my burgers almost like a meatloaf mix.

I made these once, 30 some years ago, and my nephew still raves about them to this day. :roflmao:

Another batch of kielbasa and beans, but my brown/serve rolls started growing penicillin, so bread/butter. Old man's beanie weinee.
