Got some Napa cabbage at the auction. Sliced lengthwise, some gorgeous olive oil and a bit of S&P, grilled cut side down over high heat 8 minutes. OMG. Now I've gotta add Napa cabbage to my garden.

Also had grilled pork chops and fried rice. I was hungry, so no pic. All was beautiful and delicious.

Cornish game hens are much smaller than a regular chicken, more like a large squab. Slightly different flavor, more mild.
